• I'm free on weekends for firm booking.
• I'm often free on weeknights after 6 pm with the understanding that I may need to cancel at the very last minute if work calls. You may do the same.
• Note locations of adjacent appointments to know when can be at your location and whether the location fits into the daily flow.
• Text or email with proposed time if within 24 hours or if you don't have calendar privileges.
• I'm typically willing to start earlier or extend my day at the airport, so booking something right after an existing flight will probably work if I get back on-time.
